Publisher Thacker Spink & co. Calcutta.
pp. 129 + 10 tipped in colour plates of paintings, some signed C. Roy The frontispiece painting also pasted on cover, set within gilt ornate design. It reads ‘Princesses of India’.
Sunity Devee was the Maharani of Coochbehar and maternal grandmother of Maharani Gayatri Devi of Jaipur. The gift inscription to Indira, Gayatri Devi’s mother, on the back of the frontispiece is actually printed.
Mount paper of a couple of plates detached and ragged along edges.
