Madrassi Madrigals By V H Shipley. Published by Higginbothams, a Madras publisher. No date but c. 1930. pp. 93. A collection of 20 poems on the landmarks of Madras, such as the boat club, the Guindy race course, Elliot's Beach, Museum Theatre and activities like hunting, golf and sailing. Illustrated throughout by H. F. Prynne, a British poet and illustrator. In the original quarter green cloth binding with cream paper boards. Lacks blank free front endpaper. Name on title-page.
