The present lot depicting Goddess Kali and it is a representation of the idol installed in the Kalighat Temple. Kali's fierce from is portrayed in bold and striking symbolism, using vivid colours and symbolic elements to covey get intense energy, emphasizing her role as destroyer of evil and ignorance while bright yellow and orange colour of the figure contrasted with plain green background.
