This striking, detailed, hand-coloured map depicts India and part of Southeast Asia, including Siam and Cambodia. It is embarked with cartouche and compass rose. This map is based on the detailed design maps done by Bowen and Bellin.

Bachiene Willem Albert (1712–1783)
He was a German cartographer, geographer, astronomer, and theology graduate who served as an army chaplain until 1764.
